When this website is accessed, the hosting provider may process technically required server-log data such as IP address, time, requested URL, browser and operating system. Processing serves secure and error-free delivery under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

If you contact us by phone or email, we process your information to respond. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for contractual or pre-contractual matters and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for general communication.
4. Enquiry form
When you submit the enquiry form, the information you enter is transmitted through the encrypted connection to the website server and delivered to ADOT by email. Required fields are name, company, email address, product category and message; additional details are voluntary. The website does not create a separate customer database from form submissions. Messages are retained only as long as necessary to handle the enquiry, follow-up communication and applicable legal obligations. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for contractual or pre-contractual matters and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for general business communication and protection against misuse.
5. Cookies and analytics
With your explicit consent, we use Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (measurement ID G-8L72WFCBLV). The same measurement ID is used for the main website and wholesale subdomain; the requested hostname is included so that both areas can be evaluated separately and as a continuous visit. Google Analytics is not loaded before consent and this integration makes no connection to Google before consent. After consent, page views, technical browser and device information, approximate location and interactions such as telephone or email clicks and successfully submitted enquiries may be processed statistically. Form contents, names, email addresses and telephone numbers are not sent to Google Analytics. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25(1) TDDDG. Google Signals, advertising storage, advertising user data and personalised advertising remain disabled. The Analytics cookies _ga and _ga_8L72WFCBLV and the locally stored consent choice are limited to a maximum of six months.
